Norway spruce disease???

This norway spruce has major oozing, much of it I believe is from sap suckers, but some accumulations of pinkish sap looks like pitch mass borer and maybe some canker issues?

What does you guys think for diagnosis/treatment?

Macro, i just confirmation on serbian spruce's that had alot of ooze sap, not quite as much as your norway, it was cytospora canker, i looked at your pictures, the one picture does look like this the other two maybe. the pathologist here and myself discussed these trees and the only thing we can do is keep them watered (drought season) and use some nice composting in the spring, i will probably deep root the compost, (vertical mulch) you have to keep them stress free. i looked at the pitch borer, but have you seen any of these borers on the trees?
