Need an experienced climber in N. Illinois

We are a full service tree care company in northern Illinois. Looking for a climber with experience and someone who has his own gear, at least rope, saddle and saw. Knowledge of proper pruning, removals, rigging and cabling would be needed. I have been wearing all the hats in the company and we’ve outgrown that capability plus I just herniated a disc in my back and can’t get back to 100% without a break from climbing. Pay is negotiable based on your experience, certification and other factors.
