ne ice storm

If you're interested, just go there. I was in Worcester today and saw trucks from all over the east coast working. Even if every tree guy in the lower 48 were to get there the clean-up would take months.

Few of my co-workers went out last weekend. Worked for a few hours and made good doe. Lots of climbing they said. Trees in peoples back yards that equipment can't reach. Plus most of the heavy equipment are getting the roads cleared and the power back on.
All the brush gets dragged to the street and the city of worcester will pick it up.
Not sure what will happen as there is another snow storm coming for this weekend. I wish everyone good luck while working out their!!! Stay safe.

Don't forget with this work guys........you CANNOT!!!! move any of the species listed on the USDA site that are susceptible to ALB, outside of the quarantine zone. ALL wood, and debris must go to on of the two dumpsites inside the quarantine zone. Also remember, wood not on the list cut into firewood size, is firewood NOT non susceptible species anymore. And MUST be disposed of properly at one of the dumpsites.

The City/State/USDA/Feds are imposing $25,000 fines for EACH piece moved outside the quarantine zone.

Be safe!

Correct... once it's cut UNDER 4 feet in length, it becomes controlled material, and can't leave the quarantine zone no matter what the species.
