The NATCC committee is glad to announce that the 2013 North American TCC will be held in Newark, NJ. The dates and location are listed below. The event is listed in the ITCC calander.

Also, at this time the NATCC web site is currently being combined with the ITCC site. Unfortunately it is non-operational at the moment, but we will be posting more information here and in local ISA chapter newsletters.

Thanks to everyone for their interest in the 2013 NATCC. At this moment I have an idea the park in Newark has taken one on the chin by hurricane Sandy. I will post again when I know the staus of the park.

The question now is, are there any decent trees left to hold the comp in after Sandy?

I am just a bit uninformed about the NATCC.....
Is the Comp. a once a year thing?
Does one have to qualify to be entered?
What kind of fee is assoc. with entry?
when will the website be up, roughly?
Will the winner get an ITCC invite?

I would love to come out to Jersey and compete, but need to know more about the comp.

this is the North America Tree Comp. It was first held in Savanah Ga in 2011.

At the first NATCC each chapter was allowed to send two climbers, and then then remaining spots were open registration. I think.
