Milwaukee telescoping pole pruner. First impressions

Received it last week. We like it already. It’s very powerful and will cut up to 2” limbs.

The only con so far is that the blade is not a good quality steel. Like other reviews have stated, it can get knicked easier than other commercial grade pole pruners (manual not battery powered).

Despite the issue with the blade, this tool is a game changer. If you do a lot of ornamental tree trimming/shaping and vista trimming then you’ll like it. Those cuts that are too big for a pole pruner on a floppy limb that is difficult with a pole saw are perfect for this tool.

I just held one first time at garden state tree conference and it’s heavy, but if it can do what you’re saying it sounds like a worthwhile investment. Thanks for the review.

When you say the blade is not good, is that the bar or chain? (Or both?). Is that easily upgraded (OK... could probably be a little less lazy and look that up.)
