Disregard entire question....it, apparently doesn't spin easily!!!

Top handled (2826-20) saw

Won't spin easily when its off. I took apart everything down through the chain break and sprocket to clean it all out. Wasn't too bad in there, but needed cleaned.

It will spin....but takes some effort. First noticed when sharpening the chain it wasn't smooth to advance the chain. Apart, I can turn the spindle, but again, not as smooth as it should. It feels like the gears are engaged, if that makes sense.

It still runs fine and cuts as expected. Maybe as it stops it makes a little different noise than before - kinda a gears engaged stop, not a grinding noise at all??? or maybe not, I wasn't paying that much attention before.

Any ideas before I take it apart the rest of the way?

I did find parts diagram:

Maybe this is a really dumb question, but anybody else have one they can try. I swear it used to spin as freely as a regular saw, but I just asked another guy and he said his is not easy to spin.

I mean it needed cleaning anyhow...
