I've never seen a rear mount! I have the same unit just mounted on the front and it dumps. These things are awesome. Best built grapple trailers available

It was a forward mount that was relocated to the back using factory brackets longer hoses and a second headache rack. It’s quite nice in tight spaces and using to feed a chipper

Using a grapple trailer to feed a chipper had never even occurred to me (never worked with, or even seen one), but now that you mention it I see how and where it could be put to great use.

Can also put some alturna mats against the bunks and use it to haul a good amount of brush. Then grapple feed the chipper when back at the shop. I’m pretty sure I’ve hauled the baled brush equivalent of 10 yards of chips
