The video shows him screaming while being rescued. He made it out okay. He was there 2 hours and I don't know how he didn't suffer from suspension trauma.

Good to see he made it okay.

I think you might be right Jamin, especially since he took out the top of the tree first before any laterals.

I think he does have an overhead tie in point. If you look real close at 0:15 it looks like the stub on the piece he was cutting caught it causing the accident.

Yeah, poor young bloke left a bit of stub, and learned a lesson the hard way.

Looked like poor lifeline routing to me. Could've been much worse.

Would've been a challenging aerial rescue for another climber for sure.
