Looking to go somewhere

I am looking to relocate somewhere at least for the winter. Somewhere warm perferably. I have 7+ years running a bucket and crew, 5+ climbing. Other than staying warm and employed,
I really want to work somewhere, that I can learn. Where I am now, I cant get taught anything, and not hardly worth teaching

Get out of my head! Lived in MN my whole life and love it but not looking forward to the 3 plus months of hand warmers in the climbing gloves.

Thanks for the advice, I am from Indiana, just North East of Indianapolis. Ya I want as warm as I can get! Done tired of winters, and I do usually plow snow, but we don't really get enough to make it worth it for me to stay!
And thanks for that site, got allot of the same stuff as others, but probably the best one I seen yet, set up real well. Started putting in apps yesterday evening, and got a call as I was putting in this thread, couldn't believe.
