Light/medium duty fixed bollard lowering device

Hello all,
I'm trying to get a feel for how many of you use or would use a fixed bollard lowering device similar to the ProClimb Easy Rig, Stein RC2001, and the Bull Rigger bollard. I like the size and weight of the Easy Rig, but it looks like they are not making them anymore.

What features do you like in a fixed bollard style lowering device and what would you change or add to the current line up that is on the market.

I use a rc2001. It's an improvement over the portawrap.

It's easier for the groundies to install a line, not having to push a bight through the top to the back. The optional pretension pully is great. 4 fair leads> 2.

The only improvment I can think to make is a second attachment point at the top to easily attach a 5:1 for tip raising. It's not *hard* to attach one already, but it would be nice if it were easier.

Donney, American Arborist is carrying a new one by Treehog that looks okay. I have not put my hands on it or tried it out though. I only have a Porty and keep debating the need\personal use for a tree mounted bollard.
