when we bought the kboom, the reason we went with the dealer we did was that they had enough spare parts to build the crane from their stock room, not so true, ive been waiting on some parts since christmas, and i still may wait another 2 weeks. i think thats just poor service on the dealership's part, i mean a flight from italy is what 15 hours or something, maybe less?
but anyway the reason i'm constantly replacing bolts is the camelback suspension on the mack, its as rough as rubberblock or worse.
