After watching the ITCC for the first time in 21 years I can truly say that the organiziation and execution of the event was superb! The judges, techs, ISA staff and all of the volunteers deserve a big round of applause here in Internet land. Rip, Scott, Andrew, Dwayne, Mark (to name just a few) are so dedicated and work so diligently that we need to thank them publicly to show that their efforts are appreciated. It was a pleasure to watch even though my heart was torn a bit

next year (if I don't compete) I want to be a part of that team! Cheers gang.

Here here! What's amazing to me is the level of commitment year after year from the same people. I admire the passion and investment. And it would be most appropriate to have you Mark, back inside the tape one way or or another.

Agreed, and when you consider the number of volunteers that never get to work the International, but work year after year at the Chapter and local levels, the number grows significantly. I have been judging at that level for over 20 years. A few years ago, I told our chapter folks that I was going to retire from judging, but that I wanted them to continue to provide a T shirt with "Judge Emeritas" on it. Neither one ever happened. I have judged 3 local comps this year alone including the infamous Charlotte Open. Some day I would like to work the ITCC.

Wonderful site, great volunteers, competitors, staff, and public. It was a great two days. Just ask the 'Red Dress' Runners :)

Great job everyone!

Paul

Mark: You guys looked good rolling up Saturday on the bikes, how did the Tour De Trees go? Did you guys just ride straight to the park!? Didn't get the chance to say hi, but we'll catch you at the next one... competing of course!

Paul: What was up with the red-dress runners? That ain't right! Of course I got a pic.

Taylor: Great job on the Ariel Rescue, looked like that dummy George made it down safely!

That workclimb, now that you mention it, seems to operate like a machine now. Years and years of fine-tuning I guess, right? Great job Keith and the rest!

I only rode the last two days. The last day we did something like 30+ miles finishing in the park. It was a blast. For the record, anyone who is scared to do the whole deal can do like I did and just ride a couple of days. You can also get picked up anywhere along the way if you get tired or have any other issue. It is a great thing to be a part of.

My favorite part of the ride this year was going to the children's hospital. What a great feeling to be a part of.

Don't worry about your bum too much Mark, we will get you on the bike more next year for Toronto. Team Canada will show us a great time!
