Is this something you might use?

When you use a single line technigue with the anchor at the base of the tree I find that I often need that anchor line when I am up in the tree. So I developed a method to allow myself to use the anchor line without attaching it to the base of the tree.
I have always been a slight bit concerned about the exposure of the anchor line for single line work in a tree when working aloft with potenial rope cutting implements. Even the ground crew needs to be careful of the anchor line at the base of the tree so as to not accidentally sever the line.
Sequence of photos to follow. Many ideas have been discovered mostly my experimentation and trail and error. Of course with any idea comes failure and rejection.
Try again and see what happens. Who knows success at last...

I know "Low and slow"...

The idea is to get a pulley up in the air with a climbing line set in it. You can split this three ways. More on that late.

You have a rope-length adjustable false crotch or RLAFC...haha!

Clever idea!

I can't wait for the next batch of slides. How is it recovered without having to climb up to the Micro? Is there a way to lower the climber in case of rescue?

very creative. I like the use of the blakes hitch instead of the micro-acender. I like the concept but not sure when or where I might use it.
