Hello to all I got word yesterday that the Indiana TCC will be held on May 31st and all those interested in helping out should hop on the wagon. I am working on a place for everyone to crash. The Bartlett office may be a possibility. It's a nice big shop and yard like Limbwalkers and there is a shower inside the office that might be accessible. If you drop me a line I'll pass along the information. I am trying to get a meeting and gear check set up for Friday night so that can be over and done with and we can be ready to roll Saturday morning. Out of state climbers I think might be allowed this year which is a new thing. Our TCC's haven't been the best in the past and I think with the traveling crew and everyone that this year could be the best and step things up like they have in KY.

PU, FYI Back in 1999 I talked with the Kentucky Arborist association and asked them if I could attend their comp. They said NO even though I was declining any prize money.

shoot, i wouldn't expect any prizes (not that i would win them anyway), the opportunity to climb in another state and see how you fellas are doin it up there would the main objective. i can't wait for the day when all chapters and states open up their competitions to all comers!

We plan on having another in central IL in October.
The winners in June go to Saint Louis, the winners in Oct. go to Providence, RI. I like being 1 year ahead. Then the contestants can save $ if they choose to holiday.

Better information on the competition. The competition is May 31st and is being held at Forest park in Noblesville, IN at shelter 1. If anyone is coming to help out let me know so I can get car passes. I have confirmation from Jason and Rockytop which is much appreciated and I thank you ahead of time for all of your help. I'm gonna try to get a few hotel rooms in the area for Friday and/or saturday night depending on who and when everyone is coming in. Once again I appreciate all the help.
