How to Make the Spanish Bowline Under 10 Seconds

I use the Spanish bowline for foot loops when climbing SRT RADS.

I didn't feel like showing the simpler knots via the hemp pretzel

on the finished knott, can you put pressure on a single loop, or are both loops supposed to be used together.

can you put a lot of stress on the loop, and it unties easily when done.

first i have every even heard of the spanish bowline itself

The Marrow Guide to Knots by Mario Bigon & Guido Regazonni states,

"This ancient knot is known to the sailor as the Spanish bline and to the fireman as the chair knot. It is used in various situations for rescuing men from the sea and hoisting objects in a horizontal position, eg., ladders, axles, etc. The knot is made up of two separate and independent loops which hold well and are very safe even under great strain. Made in heavy rope the Spanish boline can support weight of scaffolding." p. 87

I don't see how this could jam, because the loops are slipped. I have one well seated from last season. I'm looking for it.
