help with a broken kask

I am wondering if anyone has experienced a broken plastic strap piece that adjusts the tension on the Kask? mine broke and I don't see any way for replacement/repair. I will admit, the helmet is approaching four years old, but otherwise its in pretty good condition. does anyone know if it can be repaired?

I have both Kask and petzel found when then start to miss pieces they tend to multiply.I buy a new one don't have time to fix over and over. At least you would have a spare to salvage parts when the next one comes apart.

The same thing happened to my kask. I drilled 2 holes either side of the broken harness adjuster thingy and zip tied it. Worked in a pinch for 6 months until i replaced it with another helmet.
