Order placed. Got "preparing for shipment" email a few days later, then nothing for 2 weeks. Called 04/23/24 and they said it was ready and I would have a tracking number within 24 hours. Still nothing. Won't answer phone, and their server just kicked back my inquiry email as "blocked". They checked out and I thought they were legit. Just FYI.

I have bought from them before... Will certainly be wary of doing so again if that's the way they roll.

Just got a "shipping label created" email from them. The old eBay trick to keep customer hanging on for a few more days, lol. We'll see.

Interesting. I ordered a product in stock,(mid April 2024) and it took a MONTH to arrive.

That seemed odd to me, but now reading your post, I will make notes as well.

I ordered some pheromone packets from them a few years back (fairly certain it was them…) I agree, to todays standards of the online shopping experience, they are eons behind. They did deliver, they had what I wanted, and it was priced well at least.

I bought some reliant fungicide from them earlier this year and they came thru without issue

Package was picked up by UPS. Wish things had gone a little smoother and I hadn't had to get extreme with them, because their price on Reliant was pretty good. Just a good honest answer sometimes like "it's on the way from distributor/supplier, give us 5 days", could cure a lot of ill.

Package was finally delivered. When I have time (to waste), I'm gonna try to make contact with them again and see what the heck went on with this order. IDK, maybe we can reboot and try again.
