Gecko 2.0 replacement pads fit on Gecko OGs?

howdy. Anyone try converting the new Gecko 2.0 replacement pads for their old red cups? From the online pics the pad profile looks slightly different but not massively so. Also the steel hanger for the new strap is fixed to the material, not the cup as the old version. Again, different, but maybe not a deal breaker. If you know better, I'm all ears.

Are you talking about just switching pads or switching the cuffs and pads?
FWIW the Gecko 2.0 are not made by Distel.

So you have the older version of the distels where the pad/strap is riveted to the cuff? So you will be cutting that off?
Regardless attached is a picture with the 2.0 pads on the Distel's which is the same as the original Geckos. It's not an exact fit but its ok.
