experienced salesman needed cleveland ohio area

I'm looking for an experienced salesman.Must be very motivated.I'm offering $30,000 a yr. salary possibly more to the right guy,and a brand new company truck.You must be able to sell $260,000 minimum of work a year.If you sell more I will give you a percentage of anything over 260,000.I have always done my own sales but it's getting to be to much because I also have to work on the crew and fix equipment,etc.I get about $160,000 of work every year from repeat customers and advertising,the other $100,000 comes from knocking on doors when I'm already out looking at work and see something that needs to be done.For the right guy the sky really is the limit.

I don't know if an experienced arborist that's
any good would for 30K, company truck or not.
Is that negotiable ?

Of course,like it says in my post I would pay more for the right guy.If the guy is any good he should be able to sell 300,000.That would put him at 50,000 a yr.I'm really not in need of an arborist,most of what we do are removals.I need a guy who can look at a volume of work,follow up on all his quotes,and be creative about finding work.Even in this economic environment the work is out there you just have to be persistant and dedicated.I don't mind paying the money,I just want something for it.
