Does the front end of this truck look right?

Is there something wrong with this f350? Front end looks low?

Should be easy to find other E350's everywhere to measure

Are the springs bent? It's hard to believe that the spring perches have worn or rusted out
 
Looks right for a 2wd F350. Most of the trucks with a dump body like that are F450's, probably why it looks a liitle off to you.
 
You might have a regional perspective throwing off your calibration. Oklahoma (like many others) strikes me as a place where people lift their trucks. I don't recall, from several trips I've had there.
 
I have a 2wd f-250 looks to be about the same year. It does look very slightly saggy in the front from the photos but it might just be shadows and how the wheel it turned(or not). I’d want to weigh that truck empty to see how close to gvw you are. My guess is it only leaves you with 2k payload
 
That’s what I was thinking, I think a F3 50 is too small of a chassis to have a yard chip box.
