Hello,
How do you fill a radiator on a dingo? I was having some over-heating problems and tried filling the coolant but only got the dingo to stop over heating once I found an air release valve on the top of the radiator. I am wondering the order in which you fill the radiator and release the air? Do you do it when the dingo is hot or cold? How do you make sure there is no air in the system?
I did it when the machine was warm. I filled the radiator, released the valve, saw air coming out of the valve and closed the valve when I saw coolant come to the top. I then filled the radiator when it was cold and started and operated the machine and saw coolant coming out of the overflow tube which makes sense as it expands when it gets warm but I just wanted to top it off again. There is no expansion tank. Let me know if you have any tips as I would like to not have to take it to the shop but I want it to be operating perfectly!
Thanks
Joey
