Hey Gang,
It has come to my attention that my behavior online has been affecting one of the other buzzers.
It appears as though in a last ditch effort to try to make me stop being such a jerk all the freaking time, this buzzer thought that emailing my employers would solve the problem.
I see this for what it is - A cry for help. As in, as he was typing this email out on Sunday night, he was probably sobbing, clutching onto the two issues of Tree Care Magazine that he was coverboy on, pecking away at the keys through a river of tears....
Here's what he wrote [I left the grammatical errors intact]
"FYI,
Your BCMA Steve Zimmerman has been posting a lot of rude and derogatory comments online, specifically about me, and some others on treebuzz.com. His language, personal attacks, blatant lies and misrepresentation of fact, and juvenille humor have occurred to me and others as rude and unbecoming of the industry and your business in particular. I have heard form many others, especially foreigners that they simply cannot believe this type of rude and distasteful behavior is tolerated on the american boards. You seem to be running a good business. It would be a shame to let his needless ugliness be-smudge your online reputation, or otherwise reflect badly on the business which you have worked so hard to build.
Sincerely,
daniel murphy"
Ok, so my real question to the peanut gallery is - Am I too hard on Dadio? Have I been unduly cruel to him?
I personally believe that I have been nothing but forthright about my feelings regarding his absolute statements, his adorable insistence that there is no way anything bad could ever happen to any situation he finds himself in (provided he can use the gunning sights on the chainsaw like they were designed for), and his over-the-top boastings of his gutter cleaning prowess.
But I put it to the Gang; You guys let me know if I have lost my grip, and need to chill out - or if this is all as hilarious as I think it is, and I should just keep doing what I do.
