Customer Satisfaction Survey

Does anyone send out a customer satisfaction survey after they have completed the job? Trying to find out some questions you ask or some things you would like to know from a customer after the job is done? With many "Hack job/ Guy with a chainsaw" companies starting up and doing work for next to nothing we need to do more to add value and set ourselves apart from the rest. Also, working on brochures to hand out with bids that tell a little bit about our company and what the homeowner can expect from our services.

Right on! We currently are working on a customer info sheet for them to fill out while we look at the trees. Like name,email, that stuff. How they heard about us, their time line request and such.

Also a prospective client brochure...this was discussed here before I have not found the thread yet. Some one on gave their prospective client packet out for use to see.

We just built an office and hired an administrative assistant to work on these items. A follow up call with a few questions and request for testimonial is in the works.
