I thought I'd weigh in that I own one of each of these tools. I use the craftsman 19.2 drill for resistance drilling in risk assessment, and for screwing together root-ball staking systems. It's a real workhorse. The little trim saw works adequately, but drains batteries pretty quickly.
Batteries are interchangeable with several other Craftsman 19.2 tools. I use their recip saw for root pruning, and their right angle drill is handy to have as well. You can also get a car charger that will recharge batteries in an hour. If I had to buy them again, I would, without hesitation.
