Climbing technology foot ascender woes

I like this thing but it kinda digs into my inside ankle. I was using the new pantin but that piece of junk snapped mid ascent. Anyone have any tips on keeping this thing from digging in?

I had the same problem with my CT and could fix it by changing the position of the foot ascender a little. Whereas I had to modify its position vertically and horizontally.

To see where is the problem and to simplify adjustments it's good to have the shoes on a table (and yes without your feet inside )
