Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started.

All this gear is a second setup that I bought while working down south. I spent more time in machines while with that company so it is all very lightly used. All bought this year. If there is interest, I will get pictures. I feel the prices are fair considering the VERY low usage but if any of my prices seem out of line, please shoot me a pm.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

I believe I have responded to everyone. The bigshot and throwline setup are sold and shipping tomorrow.

I have someone local interested in some gear but I am not sure exactly what. I am waiting for responses from a few people that were interested in stuff, those people still have dibs however if this guy takes it in person, I can't turn him down.

Besides that, I am going by who messaged me first for each item. After a couple days, if I don't hear back I will go on to the next person. Hopefully this is fair to everyone, I am just trying to keep everything organized so I don't end up selling something that I promised to someone else.

If I don't get back to someone right away, it is most likely because I am waiting to hear back from someone else that already messaged me about the items inquired about.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

I'm interested in the black and red accessory biner. I think it's made by ISC. I have all of the rest but it looks like good stuff.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

Bump.

I am pretty sure I have responded to everyone at this point. Some people commited to some stuff and then I never heard back after giving my paypal information. Prices are firm on the smaller stuff unless you bundle. I am willing to work with you on the prices for the pants and spikes. I will cover shipping, you cover paypal fees. I actually prefer USPS money orders but realize it can be tough to get to the post office.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

Alex I wish I would have known about all that up for sale. All that stuff is new you couldn't have climbed what a dozen or so trees with that gear. Shoot me a pm with what you have left I'm saving for Xmas but might be able to squeeze some Cash out for the spikes zubat and lanyard.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

That wire core with the adjuster and biner should be like $150ish, no? Doesn't he have it listed for $75? That's a heck of a deal, if you ask me....which you didn't
:)

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

I do think that is a good price on the lanyard, but I have no idea what a pair of used spurs cost. It seemed a bit high for used spurs, and I thought I might be able to get the Black Friday price online...

If I have any more questions about prices- I will send them directly to cheeseheadclimber.com.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

I worked with Alex and he is a very honest person. He came to work in Tn and bought all that gear to use while he was here. I can say for sure that he climbed maybe a dozen trees with all that gear. He actually was on a gyrotrac the majority of the time. He treated his gear good and it was all stored properly and he was the only one using it. I was interested in this as a backup set. I keep getting reminded Xmas is coming up however. You would be getting gear that is practically brand new. Usually I tell people don't trust anyone else's gear because you don't know the history. This is a great deal on some quality gear. And you can trust he is an honest dude.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

Yeah, those spikes look brand new. I would be happy if I got like 75% of retail value for them. That's a good deal for the buyer and you're getting almost all your money back. Again...that's just me!

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

Thanks Guys! I am pretty firm on the stuff because it IS as close to new as used gear can get. The Spurs were $220, pads were $40 and the leather spike guards were $8. Not that that matters because it has been used a few times. I am happy to cover shipping and paypal fees and will throw in a few extra goodies. If that works, let me know and I am ready to ship them out. I can do either paypal or USPS money order, whichever is more convenient for you. Thanks.

Re: Climbing gear, enough to get a climber started

Still have some of this left, I actually forgot about it. I am willing to work with you on prices, especially if multiple items are purchased together. Free shipping in the lower 48.
