Clearing house for owner/operators

I’ve only had my CDL a couple of years.

Can someone explain to me how you as an owner/operator go about registering and keeping up with the
Federal clearing house requirements ?

There are people/companies that specialize in that crap. I pay a nice lady to keep me up to date on everything.

I do it all myself. re; the clearing house. You just create an account. Designate yourself as an admin and do the yearly check on yourself when they tell you. I forget when the annual query is due. Its so easy and takes less than 5 minutes. The only other time you pull a query is when you have a mandatory report, accident, new hire. The random drug testing is just as easy. Join a consortium of owner operators and get the quarterly email that you were chosen or not to piss in the jar. If so, follow then instructions. Its really easy. Don't give your hard earned money away to some derp in the office. Do it yourself.
