What do you guys carry on your saddle from a small prune to large prune from small removal to an all day removal what do you guys carry? I usually just have saw and bottle of water but anything else or that it?

not much! figure 8 (hardly ever use it!), occasionally a spare locking biner, handsaw (every climb), petzl basic and rolly biner (revolver, or petzl version). IF needed a webbing loop and a pair of lockers.

I keep more than some do- pinto, two redirect slings w/ biners, two micro biners, and a quickie when I get another after losing mine. The handsaw stays on, too, as well as my chainsaw lanyard. The only time I take less is during a small, constricted prune, or small conifer removal without any rigging needed. For those I drop the redirects and pinto. However, I usually like to have it all because each piece does multiple things, giving me a lot of options without needing ground help or extra gear sent up before taking action.

Quickie- 2 retrievable redirect configurations (stand-alone, sling style), canopy anchor

Pinto- DdRT redirect, retrievable redirect, second system tender

Ultra sling- redirects, occasional light duty speed line, add small limb to large rig, catch branch to hand toss.

Webbing loop- same as ultra sling

Micro biners- sending down saw, zip down for hauling up gear, rope management, etc.

I change my load depending on the tree (real easy when you've got it all hanging handy on the toolbox doors). But I never leave the ground without a friction saver, pair of webbing slings with dedicated biners, a steel biner and an aluminum with micro pulley.

I find myself frequently loading a captains hook, extra webbing slings and a dual handle asender on for a lot of climbs

Handsaw, saw lanyard, extra biner, webbing sling, delta link.

I like minimal crap on my belt. If I need something I'll sit from my rope and get it sent up!
See that's how I feel but people training me are like be self efficient and don't bother the found guy

If you're using all the xtra gear regularly then sure, but if you're only grabbing for that clunky dangling metal thing once a week for all of 2 minutes and it's just getting snagged on stuff the rest of the time, well then I duno.
I'm not into telling other climbers what they should or shouldn't have on their belt :-)

Arrya slack tender?

And where is your unicender? I swear I read that it is somehow permanently attached.

It's a low friction pulley,or block. It is in the first picture, bottom left, the shiny bit in the orange hitch cord.

Jeff Gu's set up is the best, your harness gets lighter as the day progresses.
