Anyone working at height or interested in arboriculture should attend a one-off event being organised by BTS ART, part of the BTS Group.
The seminar features speakers from the Health & Safety Executive, Arboricultural Association, and a leading expert from the Utility Sector to discuss and answer all questions about working at height. Topics to be covered include:
o History of the regulations
o Use of Mobile Elevating Working Platform (MEWP)
o Practical advice on access
o Working at Height risk assessment
o Selecting appropriate access @ working methods
o Enforcement of the regulations
o Ladder manufacturing, history and safe usage
o Two rope working in Arb.
The full cost for the day is £65.00 including refreshments, lunch and delegates information pack. Attendance at the day counts towards Continuous Professional Development.
