Seeking a Branch Manager – for our New Rochelle, NY branch



Responsibilities:

Customer Relations:

· Monitor and ensure the highest level of customer care

· Develop/establish strong customer relationships

· Ensure new/potential customers are being educated on features/benefits of our services

· Ensure customer complaints/disputes are handled professionally and appropriately

Sales:

· Meet/exceed sales budgets and profit targets for their branch

· Monitor selling activities, productivity and prices of all members of their branch

· Set realistic, clear and precise expectations for sales team

· Train, evaluate and ensure work guidelines and productivity are met/exceeded

· Assist in development of branch budgets and assigned territories

· Set the example – effective leadership and management skills

Field Operations:

· Enforce company safety and training policies

· Responsible for safe and controlled work environment


Requirements: Two/four year degree in Arboriculture, Forestry, Horticulture, Plant Science, Turf Management, Floriculture or Environmental Sciences and 5+ years industry experience. Relevant technical, selling and communication skills, previous sales experience a must, ISA certification preferred. 5-7 years industry experience also qualifies.
