hi raymond,

Out on a Limb is a small (2-4 employees) tree company with an excellent reputation. we do fine pruning, fruit trees, safety pruning of 130 ft firs (and everything in between)- all very regularly. i've not been doing too many huge removals, but we do a fair amount of medium sized removals, which around here is still a decent sized tree. emphasis is on quality rather than quantity of work produced though i do expect efficiency. no bucket work, though i'm thinking about getting into crane removals.

we work 4 ten hour days, so there's the plus of a 3 day weekend, and this is the kind of company where if the day runs long (10+) or is especially gruelling there's a standing offer of dinner and a beer on the boss. i'm pretty generous with supporting continuing education, and after 2 yrs there's a 3% matching IRA. no health insurance as of yet, though that could change.

check out my (in-progress) website if you like: www.outonalimbseattle.com
thanks,
k.
