ART Spiderjack in SRT?

Ever since experimenting with different double rope redirects, I’ve been utilizing DRT more often on bigger trees.
Brings me to my question: can I set a running bowline as my canopy anchor, ascend SRT on the spiderjack, and switch to DRT once I get to my TIP?

You would need something like a Rope Wrench above the SJ, the cam won’t engage if the end of the rope isn’t attached to it.

Or you can add one of the ascenders attached to free hole of the SJ.SRT _up,DdRT+ down

Ya I tried it, may be possible on a thicker rope (mine is 11mm) but not really worth it. Didn’t work well.
