Just got another shipment from Paul and wadda know they screwed up my order. So I called them and talked to them. I did'nt want to send a pair of pants back and forth across the country, so I said well let me order some more stuff and maybe get a discount.
Now they are sending me a new pair of pants for $30.00 including shipping. Whata great deal! Thanks guys.
They also often have 'seconds' for much less, just ask.
In my experience, talking to the vendors really does a whole lot of good. For the most part each and every one of them has always been willing to make good on what they sell me. With a few exceptions here and there.
I like ArborWear and the folks that work there. Good product, good prices. I am trying to get Paul to put rubber buttons on the work shirts (like on rugby shirts) I think it would be cool, and in the case of getting smacked with a log the buttons would'nt dig in?!
