What surprises me is that there isn't a huge surplus of ground workers here on treebuzz?? Took me by surprise.
I am also having trouble wrapping my head around the fact that noone jumped at the opportunity to relocate and become a ground worker. Its pretty obvious that working with JDD would be a huge learning experience every day.
If I wasn't married and on the career track with big business I would totally move to Maryland and start back at the bottom!
Good Luck David!

What a surprise, you continue to be an adolescent that talks too much and has too much time on your hands. Wow, your have amazing skill with the bold and italic.
Guess what, you are wrong again,
go figure.
You continue to stick your foot in your mouth kid.
About 4 years ago, I posted a similar ad on tree buzz looking for a GROUNDPERSON. On TREEBUZZ! imagine that.
A guy named Adam was looking to leave his sucky job of a groundman, working for a cowboy tree service.
He put in certain key words in a search, like, "Maryland, tree service, groundman" on an internet search and wow, it's amazing, he found my post on treebuzz and has been a valuable co-worker ever since.
He had never been on tree buzz in his life, but he found it.
He is the main guy that runs the ropes so smooth on my roping videos.
We have a new groundman starting this coming Monday. Smart guy and ambitious, I can tell.
Plus a Hispanic that was one of the hardest working groundman that I've ever had in 17 yrs of business; called me and is also coming back.
Position seems filled now. Even if you were available Bone Head, I would not hire you, not even for minimum wage. You are a devious little weasel. When I get more time I'll be happy to get into it with you.
To other people; treebuzz is a great place to post help wanted ads, whether it's climbers or groundpeople. Don't listen to Boner.
