Arbor Note Tree Inv. Software

Anybody have any experience with these guys? Good or bad. I need something to help me manage all the trees we take care of but I don't want to drop a boat load of money on something that doesn't have a proven track record.

Are there other programs I should check out?

I am having success with Jobber, not super specific to arboriculture, but you can set up recurring tasks and scheduling with in depth directions and documentation. It has been saving a lot of time for my wife and I. I have an iPad set up for sales, and Jobber is actually a really effective sales tool. You can quickly create a hard proposal, collect a signature, and schedule a job right at the estimate, which clients love.

Awesome, thanks! I'll check it out. The current system that my company uses requires 28 different steps and involves 2 other people (each in their own dept) before I can a schedule of a job. And that doesn't start until after I've come back to the office from the client's house.

Jobber sounds like a good fit for you. I haven’t been using it that long and I wouldn’t do owner/operator any other way. It’s like having an office staff that I pay $100/mo for. I could see it really shining for a multi-layered company because the entire system syncs between all users.
