If they want to have the NATCC with the Kentucky TCC next October, I can show them how to run two TCCs at the same time. That way, they don't have to screw over the host Chapter's climbers so badly.

Why couldn't they have just left it alone and let Charlotte develop into it as was already happening. Charlotte was a already well established and regarded, two days, already attracted competitors and volunteers from all over North America... and the world.
It needs to be a strictly open comp without chapter (or ISA) contraints anyway. It needs to be full on, innovative and open.
Charlotte is the perfect venue.

Charlotte is the perfect venue. For the CAA TCC. That is a stand alone, open competition that is progressive and fun.

charlotte is great but i think the trees in that park are getting burnt out. needs a new venue. I dont think NATS should be combined with a chapter event. unnecessary confusion

After what happened in Savannah last February, I wouldn't want the NATCC any where near the KTCC.

Bring it to Charleston. I have park permission. A site within 1/2 mile from great conference hotels. And the weather is perfect, downtown is close. Waves, great local beer and beautiful.......TREES
