A little white smoke ok?

I'm looking at the above chipper for sale. There's a short video (it's the 2nd slide of pictures) of them starting the chipper. I see the white smoke come out of exhaust. Is this of concern? I'm new to diesels & chippers.

As long as it doesn't smell like antifreeze (blown head gasket)... what does the seller say? Ask about it. The only dumb question is the one you forget to ask!

That little puff on startup shouldn't be anything to worry about. That and that one in the video has a 4045 Deere on it, that is as reliable of an engine as you can get in that size.
