5 11 Tactical Pants,

We have been looking into trying these pants for our uniforms. Anybody try climbing in them? They have a tech stretch cargo pant that is pretty decent looking.

It's not the hat. It's the bling. Big gold necklaces that have the area code of the biz number would be appropriate. Mike make sure all your guys are missing a tooth as well.

Our company wears them, and we like them well enough. The stretch ones are comfy and will last close to a year, and I wear them five days a week. Plenty of pockets in great locations, too. Some guys put knee pads in them :/

They blow out and get beat up p retry fast but they are cheap relatively so it balances out

I have been wearing them all summer. I fear that they may have been discontinued as they only have odd sizes available. They are really awesome and quite durable. They have the rugged construction of a Carhart but with the flex technology of the arborwear pants.

5.11 are still available at out local army surplus. I ended up being disappointed with them after blazing through 5 0r 6 pairs. crotches got blown out and they seemed to get really dirty

There's another thread on light weight pants. I chimed in there about Men's Ferrosi Climbing Pants by Outdoor Research. I bought 3 pair over a year ago, and since buying them, I can count the number of days where I've worn other pants than those 3 pair on one hand. They've worn like iron for me. With a lifetime mfg. warranty and a price point of about $50/$60 per pair, I really can't say enough good things about them.

why not just buy arborwear pants?
The original pant is$50 and the groundsman pant is $40. We started using them this year for all tshirts, hoodies, pants, and hats. Its nice to just have the one place to call for all of it. Quality products too.
