Blades have just been sharpened.

Not sure on the GPMs..If I remember correctly it is Quick Attach brand.

I am from central Missouri.

It still does ok on 2" material, 3" is a bit of a stretch. If you had enough flow you would be alright with 3" material. It is built fairly heavy duty.

The ditch witch its attached to typically provides between 13-14 GPM on the hydros.
