There's a home in Lenox, MA with a Fig tree growing in it. The tree is rooted in the basement and comes into the living area through a square copper tube and reaches up to the third floor level. There are skylights in the roof, and the floor below the skylights is thick glass, providing full natural light from above. It's pretty inspiring to see!
I'm with you Mark! It would be great if more people truly appreciated trees.
