    Willow Oak decline and fungal disease?

    I have a number of willow oak trees in varying stages of decline. They look to have a fungal disease - dark, wet looking bark at the base of the trees and some sort of mushrooms as well. Anyone know what this is? Is it treatable with fungicides? Should I apply fert or soil remediation for...
