Derrick, yes it´s drastic, but if many companies do so, no problem! do you jump out of the window if others do? it´s so easy to say: if companies like GM for example don´t reduce emission why should i as an individuum, does this help? nothing will change when everybody keeps on thinking this...- Christian

Hello chep, we are used to pay many dollars for our petrol here. i´ve calculated a bit: the price per gallon of bio oil is 18,25 dollars, the standart oil is 14,02 dollars man!!! With your consumtion of .8 litres our bio-hour is about 0,85 dollars more expensive in europe! and i really have no...- Christian

Pulling a tree with a truck
The driver wasn´t so good in geometry i think! Crazy! I did this too, several times, but maybe the truck standing in the distance to the tree...double lenght? But i never felt so good with that way pulling a tree, today we use a winch.- Christian

Machine vs hand sharpening, anybody?
Hello, i don´t know anyone of the pros around here using a machine for filing. Hand sharpened chains are faster, stay sharp longer - last longer and finally the whole procedure doesn´t take a long time...if you practice and pratice. In the beginning of my timber-time i had to file all the saws...- Christian

Windsor Bars
Hello Chris, i tried the Windsor Super-Pro, can´t complain about them. A 20 inch chainsaw bar costs 27,00 Euros here, the Oregon Pro-Lite 31,00 Euro. A bit more, but i prefer them, still much cheaper than the Stihl bars. Don´t mind, give them a try... Christian- Christian

Climbing Pants
maybe i can help you. i come from germany (sorry for my bad english!)and have no problem to get the pfanner pants. they are really functional and last a long time, i wear my chainsaw protective for two years now. the "only-climbing pfanner" without protective is my favourite in summer, it´s...- Christian
