    We use the AccuSharp tool occasionally on chipper knives. As far as I can tell, it is the same tool that Bandit sells in their Knife Saver kit, just without the file, gloves and case. Accusharp offers several variations and colors. Here is one of them: https://accusharp.com/product/008/

    My quote from Morbark states 2 knives on both the BVR10 and BVR13. So the 4 knife drum must be an optional upgrade, or else they misstated it on my quote.

    Speaking of knives, the BVR13 has only 2 knives, whereas the Bandit 12XPC has 4. In the past we had a Bandit 12X with a 2-knife drum, and it seemed more prone to discharge clogging up.

    Serf Life, we are waiting to hear what they will do. Extending the warranty would in my mind be the bare minimum. At this point it seems they have ripped us off. They have our money but we don't have a chipper. Wouldn't you think they should be providing a loaner chipper while this one is down?
