    After installation - apply thread lock or super glue to the threads of the cap, screw cap on and wrap with black duck tape. Easy cheap and it works.

    I set a SRT line in the first central tree and worked off of it for the other two trees. Yes the tree I used as my tip was felled also. There were 4 trees removed altogether. Why didn't I just spike up the tree? Because I wanted to SRT.

    Thanks Bixler!! I put the foot ascender on before my spurs. It works great for me. I have seen modded spurs on here though.
