Lee Payne is our head of security and customer service.... he has immersed himself in all of the wildlife around here. he meticulously documents every species of bird spotted on the property too. I get to help him set cameras and boxes when needed. Really neat person that I'm glad to know.
oh man! cool thread. I am going to get with our wildlife nut and have him send me photos. Our coolest cam is focused on an owl box that I installed last year. Those, and the river otters we have. we also have deer; fox; racoons; coyotes (occasionally) and the other assortment of wildlife. just...
I was working on a vista view job. Last 2 trees of the day were shagbark hickory tall forward leaners, first one I got away with, second one... well, let's just say it wasn't intentional. Scared me. Learned the coos bay and several other techniques after that.
I'm glad they are making an effort, I just can't help but think that unless we can grow trees to maturity faster than laps around the sun, I'm pretty sure the trees are disappearing faster than they are growing. I'm not arguing. I don't know the answer.

worse thing to happen to me in a silver maple was this...
Hard sell... No Tree Work. Definitely not trying to throw a wrench, we all know, good help is hard to find these days. This may appeal to some, I'm just guessing the majority, on here, probably enjoy pruning, climbing, removals, etc.
Hope you get some bites, sincerely.
We have trouble with service technicians, maybe its regional? People seem hesitant to buy something no one can fix.
I'm no finance genius, far from it, all I know is my 401k is steadily declining, even though I am contributing as much as I can afford each paycheck. Everything is expensive and my...
I knew I was reaching with this one.... I just got it, This is a spacer for a beehive. When the honey is coming on, you reduce 10 frames to 9. This allows for thicker honey frames. I had a plastic one, but it sucked.
