Oh for sure. There was something about a climbing saddle that is rated for 7,000 lbs so I was just curious if the low back would handle the fall from a bucket truck.
A bit late but this is the quick edit my brother threw together for our first Saluting Branches involvement in Boise, Idaho. Not a lot of tree work in it but it does have a good vibe of everyone working together and having fun.
Good on you for putting this out there and asking for advice. Heaps of fantastic climbers here with great advice to give. Apply it and you will prosper in this industry.
@Tom Dunlap cheers for the nomenclature comment. I have a difficult time responding to the DRT acronym without being a total...
Korey Lofy works for Arborjet in Colorado and is a willing wealth of knowledge. Not quite the PNW but he does a bit with Idaho folk. Not sure how to contact him besides through FB but also sure you can look him up through google.
Hey team,
Looking for a chip box for an F-550 that I need to build. If anyone has one for sale please let me know. Being able to help set up freight on it would also be sweet. If it’s close enough to the W. Coast I can pick up. Please let me know any leads you may know of. Thanks!
I have seen a few but not many. I don’t want to think of how many may have been missed during “operations” . I did have a pretty cool experience last year where I ran into 3 baby humming birds on a twig about 3 feet from my face (cute!). Mom flew up and fed them from her beak and paid zero...

I “ordered” a chip truck from Graddy’s and was told 2-3 weeks for them to go through it...
Yes it does have more bounce than xstatic, but a pretty great rope. I switch back and forth from xstatic and scandere. It feels very nice in the hand and works well for me with a BDB. One of my guys runs a RRP and enjoys it. He claims it does suck in MRS which I have never tried. Biggest gripe...
Very well done. I LOVE that you started it with why the tree was coming out with good reasoning and not just “the client wants it out. Clean work and thanks for the share!
Well this took a fun turn. For the potty training proration I suggest looking into “elimination communication”. It basically trains the parent(s) to know when baby needs to go. You learn their ques and timing. We cloth diaper and our son got his first potty at 4 months old. He is naked most of...
Decided against the nursery for the time being, although the opportunity will always be there. Started a small tree care company instead. A couple of solid guys and being able to stick with science based pruning as well as necessary removals has been pretty good to me. As the business grows I...
