    Static lines are for access only, not work positioning. Which is why we tend to use lines like tachyon and other Yale 11.7s . But everybody has their preference. I heard calamine is good on the wrench. Yale s answer is supposed to be pretty good. There's a thread on here somewhere

    Ever blow out your shocks or U-joints? I'd be worried about the axle too But I do understand and appreciate having to use what's on hand. I do what I have to do with what I have as well. I don't own a chipper, just a 6x12 dump trailer with 5.5 ' sides

    I think you're a little out of spec on your rear gawr with that bud. That box probably holds what 4-5 yards of chips so let's say that's between 2000-2750 lbs. then the box is probably right around 200-250 pounds give or take if you used 1/2" plywood. Then add in your saws and other tools...

    Almost had my rope slip off a 14" diameter 5' long piece of pin oak... scary stuff, was in a rush at 107 degrees outside trying to get done... had it set way too low on the log. Silly mistakes are made during times of fatigue and heat

    In the winter when it's real cold I wear ski goggles . Keeps my face warm and out of the wind and doesn't fog up when you have a face mask on. Other than that I rock safety glasses 100% of the time. However I am saving for a kask tinted visor
