I know you've looked at all the angles, but maybe there's a way to back into a treemek by starting with cheaper truck mounted crane and building operator experience, clientele, non-startup biz status?     With the counterweight they have to add for the 360deg stability I don't think there's much headroom for additional weight of chipbox or carrying logs on the bed
