rfwoodvt, please dont just assume that they were being paid by both homeowner and utility. i run a line clearance crew and we do side work and the line work in the same day often. but i ALWAYS! make sure and keep track of the hours seperatly so that the utility co. is billed properly.- wbs

average chipper knife life.
whats the average amount of time before you replace your chipper knives. it seems to me that we change ours every 3-4 months. oh, sorry. im wayne i live in southern oregon, and im a foreman for a line clearance crew, and im very interested in learnig knew progressive climbing techniques. thanks...- wbs
