Yale Buzzline. Cheap, durable, and plenty strong enough for light duty rigging needs.what rigging line is that?
Getting dirty in the burn! LMU Complex? Are those epicormics already sprouting from last years burn?
CZU complex from this summer...The Reds are already sprouting but most are so compromised that they are being removed from future building sites. Its a FEMA site so we have very little say so in the matter. You can see a few more photos here (post #2848 & 2850)Getting dirty in the burn! LMU Complex? So is lumber unless you get it that way.Stickered and stacked some white Oak this morning. I had it milled into actual 2×4" for shop floor decking. Cement is too expensive now.

Very true, I was shocked by the price of an 8' 2×4". Milling this only cost me $200.So is lumber unless you get it that way.
It probably didn’t seem funny at the time thoughThis is a couple weeks ago but rather funny. The dingo broke down after 9 years and while I was putting it up on the trailer wouldn't ya know the track hooked the prop rod on the far side. Out of view it intertwined the track and wheel. The dingo got really heavy all the sudden lol. a pain in the ass to get out. It would have been nice to have a die grinder with us lol.
I wasn't laughing lol. That was a drag this thing up I don't care what happens to it it's a Saturday and I want to finish this job up and go home lol.It probably didn’t seem funny at the time though
Pruning is something we all have to do every day too. Can't always be glamorous. Takes a lot of hard work. I am curious though, was it full of hallow leaders and decay? Seems every silver maple we touch around here is.Hard to follow @chiselbit post with a measly old pruning job but this old raggedy silver maple was a fun climb and looks respectabel now in it’s high end neighborhood
This is a sore spot with me! I know exactly what you mean! The reason it strikes a nerve with me is because we have some grand enormous silvers here in New Jersey, and yes most are badly decayedPruning is something we all have to do every day too.
